This month, all Ukrainian stores must connect Etsy Payments. Previously, we used PayPal - and saw complete information about buyers, even if the customer did not specify a phone number in the order, PayPal provided it.
But Etsy now hides the phone ...it's so inconvenient. I write to everyone by e-mail and wait a long time for an answer. I contacted technical support, but they did not help.
Please share - how do you solve this issue? After all, the addressee's phone number is mandatory for postal services. Are shops that have been accepting payments through Etsy Payments for many years also constantly bothering customers through emails and Etsy just doesn't want to make our work easier?
