I think "re-pin" just means that we have to pin the link even if the it's one that we've pinned from that Pinterest user before, whether it was in this team or another.
Every link posted (except for those posted by Etsy users who are not following the thread rules and pinning the other participants' pins) needs to pinned (or re-pinned) once *per thread*, so every link before and after yours needs to be pinned before you move on to the next thread.
