There's a "contact Etsy" link at the bottom.  As for a phone number, they've historically been understaffed in that area.  It's become much worse with labor shortages.  And I'm sure it didn't improve with their recent layoffs.

Hey there! I'm Marilyn and I've been in Florida for 15 years growing my interests in graphic design, print production and health care. I work professionally as an MRI Technologist for UF Shands Hospital where I am able to harness empathy to create a new product. Hello Creative Ones,  I am Angela Sampson.  It's such a pleasure to be a part of your group.  I'm an acrylic artist and enjoy painting.  I originally created an etsy shop to feature my original artwork but decided to use shopify instead.  Then I started designing my own shirts for my business and then did some for family and friends.  Decided that I actually liked doing it and thought an etsy shop would be good to have.  So here I am.  Not knowing what I am doing but still doing it anyway.  I am a sponge.  This is new to me so I may be a pain with questions. The story of my life's turning point starts with the very decision taken by me after completing my education with computer science. I realized that i was satisfied but not happy with my career based on my education. My soul was forcing me to a place where my happiness was in wait of. The very moment I felt my whole interest was in making arts from my childhood age where I did not learn to make arts from anyone but the one whom we all call GOD gifted me this skill by birth.

I left my computer science field and completely devoted my time and passion to the art where it got the aurora of self satisfaction and pictures after pictures started coming into inceptions. Thus the Pencil Beat took birth, few years back.

Hi everyone! I'm Michelle, I've had my shop for a few years during which I made mostly granite pet memorials, CNC machined as items, hand-made resin crafts (trays and such). I've expanded now into apparel and I also do laser-engraving. I'm loving the design aspect as I am a mechanical engineering student, graduating this year, that loves any kind of design software. I don't have a niche just yet, I'm still figuring that out. I think I prefer the "gift shop" vibe with various selections for my awesome customers. Advice to increase traffic is welcome. Thanks!

To boost traffic, we have lots of activities.  I noticed you're on Instagram.  So, I suggest participating in our Instagram games as it will help you gain followers, likes, saves, and customers.  

As for a niche, keep experimenting and having fun.  You'll start to notice some items sell more than others.  Then you'll create more variations like the popular items.  And keep refining.  That's when you'll find your niche

Right now, the best thing you can do for your shop is to keep making as adding new mugs to your shop.  More mugs = more traffic = more sales.  Once yout have 150 mugs, Etsy will boost promotions to your shop.
