We may have something that'd you'd really be interested in.  "The Ways We Love" may be a perfect match for our side project "The Way To Beauty."  It was an idea that started several years ago as a temporary response to a natural disaster.  Then other disasters happened.  And, about a year ago, we worked on creating a more permanent response.  

Currently, we're working to make some adjustments.  Our goal is to add more beauty to the world.  And we're discussing how we could be more helpful.  So, we'd love to have you as a member there too.  And if you have any ideas, please let us know.

Hi I was born in China and came to US for my Phd in engineering. After graduating, I stayed and worked in engineering my whole career. During Covid, I enrolled my Dad to online painting classes to make sure he is not too bored. But he was not interested after a little so I attended the classes myself. Now watercolor is my passion for the last three years, it coexists with my work life in the engineering world and my personal life as a mom, wife and daughter. I live in the beautiful ocean state Rhode Island. I am looking forward to being part of this supportive community.

Hello everyone.  My name is Jim and I'm a single dad of 3 adult children.  Currently living in Pennsylvania, grew up in NJ and have lived in Alaska, NH and CT also.  I'm a disabled vet who used woodworking (wood turning) to help me cope and has become a passion.  I make bowls and Windsor chairs.  The chairs have been on the backburner for some time due to the availability or lack there of, the preferred wood.  I like to paint the bowls with milk paint to achieve an aged look....I love that style.  Thank you Mike for the invite to this wonderful group.

@DBeautyCreations WELCOME TO THE ART TEAM SOPHIA!  We're so glad you're here.  The best thing you could do for your shop right now is to just keep making and adding designs to your shop.  More designs = more traffic = more sales.  And you'll want as much as possible as we're entering the holiday season (October - December), which historically accounts for 75-80% of sales.
