Hello, I'm Munish from INDIA, and I'm a full-time digital painting artist. I've been working in the field since 2010, initially as a graphic designer and later transitioning into freelance work in 2012. In 2021, I joined Etsy to showcase and sell my artwork. However, I'm currently facing challenges in getting views and visits to my Etsy shop.

Despite adding new listings and running ads for 30 days, my ad spending is not being fully utilized. For instance, my daily budget is set at $20, but I'm only spending around $0.50 or $1 per day. I've tried various strategies and even hired an expert on Fiverr, but unfortunately, none of them have provided the desired results.

This led me to believe that Etsy might prioritize boosting local sellers from countries like the USA, UK, and Australia over sellers from other countries. To overcome this limitation, I have opened my own website, www.festalart.com, to cater to international customers. Additionally, I have also created www.festalart.in specifically for customers in India. I am hopeful that this approach will help me reach a broader audience.

@FestalArts WELCOME TO THE ART TEAM MUNISH!  Etsy is constantly making changes.  But, I encourage you to participate in our social media activities.  Personally, I haven't found Etsy ads to be effective.  But, finding ways to invite people from other sites has been effective.  THANKS AGAIN!

Hi Munish! Great paintings! Good luck with your sales!

I have recently started an ad campaign, $1 a day, and the number of visits (clicks) is much lower, then when I just post about my new listing on my Facebook. I have an impression that Etsy supports established shops; for the new shops, it gives initial boost, probably to sell one thing, and then it's up to the new seller what to do. I have been working on tags constantly to hopefully improve visibility. I have an impression that having more followers (admirers) improves the rank of the shop a bit more from the Google Search point of view.

Hey everyone

I'm from New Zealand, born in South Africa.  Immigrated here when I was a kid and love my country. Now I am Married and have a you g baby (my first Mother's day is coming up). I have always loved being creative and used to be very heavy into my traditional art. But never for anyone else. When I studied design at uni I started liking doing digital art and over the years invested in a graphics tablet. During my parental leave and leading up to my son's birth I did a bunch of art. Only recently my husband convinced me that I should share my art (and hopefully make a little pocket money on the side to help out our little family). I am heading back to my full time job soon (I work in websites) so I am trying to put as much effort as I can into establishing a good brand and shop before I am back to work.

Hello everyone. My name is Miriam Ortiz and I am from the US, Philadelphia, PA currently living now in Texas.

Back in my high school days I was heavily into art and photography but thanks to life happening I got away from it for many years. I’m now, after so many years , getting back into it and just opened my shop. I only have a few pieces in there so I’ve got to get to work and do some more. I’m really shy about posting my art. Hopefully I can get past that lol.

I'm Wesley and I'm from the Netherlands, I have a beautiful future wife from Malaysia and a daughter I'm planning to move to Malaysia after our wedding and when I get a job to do from there. A little bit about me:

I have always loved photography, working with cameras that had the films digitally, after a few years I started to go out into nature inspired by Morten Hilmer and Frans Lanting, 2 famous nature photographers. There I took pictures of all the animals, also went to zoos and tried to make the picture as if I was in a jungle. after years I finally took the big step and started traveling from Africa to Asia (still a lot to go on my bucket list). There I took a lot of nature photos but also a lot of travel photos of the place where I'm going.

I will be honored if my photo’s will hang in your living room or eventually in magazines or museums.

Hi there! My name is Suvi-Maria and I’m a social worker student from Finland. I will hopefully graduate soon, but my small art business has been the target of all my attention and interest recently. Hello, I'm Burak, my country is Türkiye. I graduated from the graphic design and animation programming university in 2009 and I didn't stop, then I graduated from the fine arts university in 2013. I focused on graphic design as a profession and I have been doing graphic design work for 20 years. I have worked in many different and high companies in my country and I have made many people happy with my work. When I looked at Etsy, I learned that my field is very wide. I regret a little why I wasn't in such a wide market area before. I did a little research on the algorithm, although it's a bit complicated, it seems simple. I understand that the higher quality ad network is created, the more diverse the sales network is. I plan to bring clarity to my field branch when the products I sell are generally 1 dollar products and when etsy is a little more dominant for now.
