Trying to create a catalog of my items, can't figure out how ...

I was able to download all my active listings with Zetsy, but now I can't figure out how to open this or save it to a file ... I checked all the team threads and the help section of Zetsy, to no avail ... can you please let me know how to do this? Thanks so much!!

These are under file ops. Create a new database creates the file. Synch Shop saves the data to the open database. On subsequent openings of the program you can Open database and your shops info is then loaded. Your right about this info not fully addressed. I'll work on this in the upcoming weekend.

Thanks so much! Now that I was able to open it, is there any way to delete some sections so they don't appear in the final pdf file, e.g. listing ID, state, location, and descsriptive tags? (These are things I don't want to have on a printed catalog.) Thanks again, sorry to be asking so many questions ...

It-'s a good question. I'm not sure how much control in the form you have at the moment, although it would be nice. It is fairly straightforward to generate a new form. Which of the current outputs are you using? I will use that one to start and then delete listing ID, state, location, and description, and create a new form. I'll try to get to that tonight.

There are current;y 5 available reports (orange box in the middle right venter of the reports screen) For a catalog you would be using the first, or default, one, named all db listings, or the last one, names LrgImage DB Listings. Which layout or option are you using now? This is the one I'll do the changes on.
