Problems linking to shop

Hi - I have used Zetsy before but am have downloaded again so I had updated version - but my shop doesn't seem to link - although I can't get to the bit where I put the password in either - Just says - Issues were found which may affect this operation

ps when I click on sync it says - object reference not set to instance of an object

It sounds like the problem is that you cannot enter the authorization screen. When you try to go there (Authorize Zetsy) do error messages come up? You can convo me here at Etsy with a screenshot if you wish.
The sync error is most likely caused by the fact you shop is not authorized - this will happen if you have variations.

I'm nearly positive the error is caused by not having a correct authorization. I also obtained the same error.
Before the recent change in inventory you could download listings without correct authorization. Now with the inventory it is required. Anyone without authorization can download the non-variation items (which I diid - 142 listings)

Checking for authorization:
On the lower left hand corner of the program there should a key displayed after the name of your shop,he shop name needs to be correct This is the indication of a good authorization.

You can also go to the Check Zety operations and it will check this as well.
Thanks for the info. I will work on providing a clear error message for this along with steps to correct it.

If you have clear authroization and still getting this error let me know.

I looked at the specifics and coded around a potential problem I saw. Not all inventory items require authorization - just some!
I have uploaded the fix. I would still check to make sure the authorization is OK.
