New User difficulty syncing

Hey! I just downloaded and opened zetsy. I did the first logical thing I could assume and clicked SYNC SHOP. I receive and error message which states "object reference not set to an instance of an object". Ive clicked around a bit to try and figure what I might do to get started but no luck so far. Could someone please guide me further ?

I will look into the error.
My guess is that it is not finding your shop.

Have you set-up authorization for the program?

Under Tools there is a CheckZetsy function which will check things out. If you get any errors send me a screenshot of it.
