Inactive & Expired listings not synced

I've tried numerous times to sync all the listings from my shop, but I only get the active ones.
I have tried the Clear Auth Tokens method, and then I removed the app from my Etsy Apps. After that I run the "GIve authorization for private calls" and finally the "Check operations" option.
The only unchecked boxes are the "appears as Administrator/User" and the tool returns "NO issues found. Etsy API call appear good"

Could you through some light please?

I don't think you have drafts listed for download

Do the following:
Under File Ops, look for Sync List type. Click the down error. This will open check boxes of each type. Active is usually the only one checked. If you wish just drafts, select draft and un click active. This will crate a database of ONLY draft listings.
