New User Issues Linking Shop

The shop name is typed correctly and I receive this error when trying to Sync.

SHOP Name is NOT found. Please check spelling

Please advise.

Sorry for the delayed response. We are in the midst of opening a brick and mortar version of our fabric shop and are a bit over whelmed at the moment.

I tried typing in your shop and found no issue. Make sure that there is no leading or trailing spaces which might occur especially if you copy and paste your shops name.

Hello. I activated my store an I tried to Syncronic my store, but Zetsy does not comunicate with my store. The Store Name is ESPrintDesign.

I checked and it is working. The issue is that it is saving to the database and not changing the display text. If you go to show listings everything is there. This appears to be a bug because you have just a few items and this is causing the problem. I will fix this as soon as I can - but if you ignore the save to database display I think you should be able to do anything. Thanks for reporting this bug.

I was facing the same problem of 'Shop' not found.

I restarted the application - then I checked the spelling and removed the extra space in the name and it worked - here is the image if it helps.
