I can't open Bulk description/title editor. Did you make any changes?

First, thank you for your app- it is very helpful!
About my problem: I didn't use Zetsy for a some time (approximately 3-4 months). And now I see, that description/title modifications doesn't open at all. Did you make any changes on the site, or it is a bug or something?

Hi Tati,
Yes, there have been some significant changes in the program including the support of listing variations. None of this should be affecting the description modification. I'm assuming that you not observing any error messages - that you click it and nothing happens. If your observing an error message can you tell me what it is?
With no error message - try the following: Look at the bottom tray and the ladybug icon. Is it showing more than one open item? My guess is that the form was minimized when the program was last closed. Zetsy "remembers the last state of the form and opens it in that size. If its minimized it opens the form but it is minimized and you probably will not notice it. If this is the case just hover the mouse, right click and maximize the form.
If this is NOT the case, let me know what your version your running and I'll look for something else.

Hi Chris! Thank you for answer. You are right- this was the form of minimization. And it opens just with " maximize" option in little window, not by clicking on it. So, I couldn't find this solutions, because it only happens with description tab- not with others. Others minimized tabs open with click. And I tried and tried again :) Now I am managed with this.
