Hi, as a new member I'd like to thank you for that efficient app!

That is so what we need, us the super busy Etsy sellers:)
I do have a beginners question though, regarding the auto renew. I programmed it to auto-renew, I think it's over and I need to program a new round but I'm not positive, how can I check it? When I open the auto-renew I don't see anything running now, but I also don't see that my Etsy bill has grown in the last 24 hours, I was sure I set it, how can I check it? Thank you!

Hi Keren. Welcome!

First I noticed tonight that the listing grid on the auto-renew doesn't expand all the way, and the buttons were not the correct size in the latest version. This will get fixed shortly (actually you'll see them fixed in the video!). This function is one of the more complicated ones and I did not have any recent help topic on this at all. No longer! I just updated the blog at http://zimpro.co/blog/auto-renew-function/ with a little tutorial on how to set-up and see that everything is functioning correctly. I'm now doing short videos on topics. Not Hollywood quality, but hopefully helpful.
I also added how to check whether the listings have truly been updated.

OK, so I'm getting the hang of it. What happens though if I activate it from my laptop, and it's out of battery, do I need to go and activate it again from a running computer? doesn't it save all the data even if I was off-line?

Everything is controlled from your running computer, none of the data or program exist in the internet or cloud. There are pro's and con's to this type of set-up. I tend to think this is safer - you shut the computer and program down it doesn't keep running if you made a mistake.
If you save the database the chosen listings are saved there to allow you to run them again.
If you think there may be an easier way of setup, let me know.

O.k, I see. I'll try it. The thing is that my husband or daughter are working with me on the same computers, they are so used to do restart each time something is stuck, so I guess there will be a lot of hours in which the app won't work and I won't know about it. Another thing, in the renewal page, can you tell what "proc" mean and what "inrement" mean?
Thank's:)

I'll think about ways I could have the program restart after a shut-down or some other alternative. You can save the information in the database but I don't think that will help that much. Your computer should not be "sticking" so often - that may be a larger problem to overcome!. If you hit the buttons CTRL-ALT-DEL at the same time that will let you see the task running and you can shut down the program causing the problem from there without a shutdown. See http://www.ehow.com/how_5743745_start-task-manager-windows-7.html

For the other items, part of the problem is that I didn't proof my inability to type. I've updated the help blog to explain the screen a bit more.
