As human-beings, we each have our own, special relationship with melody and rhythm and that is what these artworks seek to capture, whilst paying homage to the infamous street artist Banksy.

This stunning piece is even more amazing when you find out that the whole piece (excluding frame) was made soley from reclaimed items.

Broken record pieces form the body, while crunched up vinyls provide a texture for her hair, the shoes were made from one piece of vinyl, however the legs were made with vinyl powder that i made by grounding down records to a fine dust, with a little sprinkle of black glitter for a sparkly effect.

This piece brings together the concepts of sound and vision as authentic, vinyl records literally seep into our perception of the visual world. This piece is extremely eye-catching, funky and contemporary.

All pieces are handmade, by me. I specialise in reforming materials into fashionable feature wall art.
