My name is Melanie and I am the owner of MelaniesConjureShop here on Etsy. I am just starting out and learning as I go. I have always wanted to craft my own items for a living and Etsy has given me the chance to do that. I practice witchcraft and am trying to become adept in herbal and folk magick. I currently sell herbal charm bags, scented crystals, and jewelry.

My name is Lauren and I've been selling on Etsy since 2011. I'm finally ready to make a go of it at least part-time. I have a day job 3 days per week and I just started putting all of my creative energy back into my shop for the remainder. I think it would be great to share our ideas for business, marketing, creating etc. and support each other along the way. I love the idea of working from home part-time and I'm glad to meet others who agree!

Wow! It's great to meet all of you! I love connecting with other people who are building a business from home. I'm in the habit of referring to us as Solopreneurs because most of us are a one-person business and like it that way, so if I refer to solopreneurs, just know that I mean us!

Hi, My name is Arika. I am currently a stay at home mom with 3 boys and I'd like to become a mompreneur while I have the time to do the things I enjoy. I knit, draw portraits, cross stitch,plastic canvas,as well as random crafts. Hello everyone! My name is Venessa and I'm from Texas. I've been crafting for years and recently decided that I should give crafting full time a chance. I'm nervous and excited all at the same time. Hello! My name is Kathleen and after my children "grew" I got into doing a bit of art that went from porcelain painting to inventing a new method of painting on lava rock that got a piece of my work in a museum. Continually learning and trying new mediums and methods I now work and sell in different mediums but remain firm in my specialty, working on volcano lava rock...and I do all of this from my home! Downfall: studio too small! But better than nothing!

I decided to try Etsy to clear out space in my home and hopefully will be able to make an income of my own on here! A wonderful day to all!

Greetings from Pennsylvania. I raised two children and worked in retail. I am now ready to work from home and make my shop my full time job. I enjoy crocheting, it is so relaxing and yet amazing how a ball of yarn turns into a creative item. I also enjoy flea markets and craft fairs and time with the family.
I am still learning the tricks of running an Etsy shop and glad to join a team with the same ideas, thanks Lori.
