Hi all - I create wool pins using zipper accents and started a shop last year.  I was so excited to get my first sale and packaged up the item with care (wrapping it in a nice cloth envelope with my business card and a ribbon closure).  Anyway, the customer received the item and then posted a review with one star.  I think the only thing the customer was unhappy with was the size (I measure each item and put the measurement in the description as well as taking a photo with a coin to show size).  I did contact the customer, offered a full refund and waited. After 2 weeks and no response, I felt I needed to publicly respond and did leave a comment.  I have had little activity throughout the holiday season and don’t know what I can do to overcome this bad start.  As an Etsy customer, I know I would be reluctant to buy from a shop with one sale and a one star review.  I’m considering starting over with a new shop — advice?   (BTW I sell these pins through several art gallery shops and shows over the last several years so I know my product is fine.
