This was odd. I had couple records removed today from my shop, claiming legal copyright issues "intellectual property infringement ."
However, it's my understanding that if the item is an original used vinyl record, that there shouldn't be any issues. I've been selling records for years and year-end have never come across this kind of thing. I didn't manufacture the records, or counterfeit them in any way, and they are records that were mass-released in the 70s and 80s. I didn't claim they were my own creation or do anything like that either.
Anyone have the same thing happen or have any insight on this?
