One thing I noticed when editing listings in bulk is that you can't tab between fields :-(
In my case, I wanted to update the 4 variation prices for about 60 items (which I already had in a spreadsheet)
Needless to say, without the ability to tab between fields, this meant a lot of back and forth.
While the interface is beautifully presented, the ability to tab between fields in the bulk editor is probably a necessity.
The ability to cut & paste from table data would also be a nice-to-have
