Questions about Tictail

Hello,
I hope someone can answer this for me.

I opened shop yesterday on Tictail. However, I am not able to find my listings or my shop on their marketplace. I notice that there is a banner on top of my marketplace shop that says " This is a preview of your marketplace shop which is currently hidden. This page is only visible to you "

Did anyone else get that when they first set up shop ? I've contacted them and still have not received a response.

Oh, that is because you didn't make it live. Go to your *tool cog symbol, (top right) from the drop down pick *general* scroll down and open your site to the public!

...then post a link in the team share your website thread, so we can encourage, follow and otherwise admire.

Congratulations on opening a shop on Tictail, Popitay.

Definitely check to make sure it is viewable to the public.
I remember I didn't want it public and it took me a while to find out how to have from the public until I was able to get more items in my shop.

In one of my shops, I do have individual items hidden from the public until I get the pictures taken.

Thanks for your response.

That was what I did... General settings and scrolled to the bottom and slide to open shop. It still has that banner with the message.

I guess I'll have to wait for them to respond or if they don't, delete the shop. Are they very responsive ?

Hi Popitay,
When you clicked the open shop button to blue did you press save at the bottom of the page?

Just a few things I would try -
*click to unopen shop and then click it blue again to open and press save.
*log out of tictail and then log back in again

Tictail tend to reply in a 1-2 days in my experience.

Just a thought, you do have your "payment option" set up.

I know that will also keep you from being public.

They are very helpful and will get you squared away I am sure!

Though I cannot see why products wouldn't be live at least in the community, if that was the issue!
