Coupon Codes Possible?

I'm just setting up my store and I'm wondering if there is a way to allow the use of coupon codes? For example, I want to offer free local pick-up of heavier items. Is there a way to just give out a coupon code to local customers to use?

Thanks so much for your help! I got it set up. I just wish there was a way to offer free shipping (local pick-up) with a discount code rather than a percentage off or a specified amount off. I'm not sure how I'll manage it with multiple product lines with different shipping prices other than to use a different coupon code for each one. That'll get confusing fast! Shipping is confusing to me in general on Tictail. One thing I do love about Etsy is the calculated shipping!

Elizabeth am I right in thinking you want to offer free local pick up?
If that is the case then you don't need a discount code. Just go to shipping and create a new shipping profile, stating local pick up.

8. When writing your free pick-up title, make sure it's clear to the shopper that they will need to physically pick up their order. As for additional information, you might want to let them know how they will know when their order is ready for pick-up. Lastly, remember to give the shopper the pick up address so they'll know where they can get their order.
