I've recently undertaken writing a steampunk short story series titled The Trials and Tribulations of Miss Hettalia E. Wattlie, Professor of Science and Steam. I've recently taken to reading steampunk on my NookCOLOR and really see a wide variety of sub-genres (although as I understand, steampunk is already a sub-genre).
Are any of you writing or have written? Any steampunk literature or guidance you suggest? Anyone interested in reading the story if I post it here or like to another site (like deviantart)?
I am working on a series of related items that I'll make inter-related stories for and I already have a number of characters. I've started posting them at:
We are always interested in reading literature in the Steampunk genre. If you do end up posting it, we would love to read it as well, and we are already members of DeviantArt.

Jillian -- I love when OOAK items like this have these kinds of descriptions/stories -- it makes the shop more interesting and I'm a lot more likely to buy from them. Cute!
Marcus & Samara -- cool! I wasn't sure if randomly posting stories was okay in this team. :)
The story for my character, Madame Yvina, just began on my blog lonelylachemist.blogspot.com last night. I made a treasury for her too in the role-playing challange.
I've been working on a steampunk adjacent post apocalyptic adventure novel for the past few years. I'm 40k words along... and have also conceptualized it as a graphic novel/illustrated novel. We could share work if ur interested! I could use the prodding of another writer to complete it.
