I'm finding in these new forums that I only recognise a few people. In the old forums I mainly knew people by their avatar. I've never been good with names and only know a few of you by your shop name (or because you have the same avatar as before) and now that our usernames aren't shown, I'm a bit lost with who's who. 

I'm sorry if, in conversation I don't address you by name, I'm not trying to be rude, I'm just a bit lost. :/

I'm Kathi

I co-own Mixie & Moxie with my sister Mary Ellen.  She's "Mixie" and I am "Moxie".  Her daughter still calls her Mixie.  That was a "pet name" for certain body parts ...  The name Mixie stuck even after Mary Ellen stopped breast feeding.   So, I became Moxie.

You won't see Mary Ellen/Mixie commenting here in the forums.  She curates the many of the listing for our shop; and does the modeling.  Some of the item curating, photography, listing, shipping, etc is my task.  I think Mary Ellen has it easy ... lol.

Years ago I can remember the Etsy forums not having our names...only our shop names.  Then Etsy added our names and I thought it was great!  Finally got to know everyone's name.  Now sadly it's gone back to only shop names which I think makes things more impersonal.  I think Etsy just wants us to be all business now. 

I just don't come as often as before.
