I'm finding in these new forums that I only recognise a few people. In the old forums I mainly knew people by their avatar. I've never been good with names and only know a few of you by your shop name (or because you have the same avatar as before) and now that our usernames aren't shown, I'm a bit lost with who's who.

There are so many people I don't recognize at all. So often, I went by avatar + name... I'm finding I really relied on the latter. It feels so strange and impersonal now.

Just before the forum migration was announced, I almost changed my avatar for the first time in years. In hindsight, I'm so glad I didn't. Granted I was mostly a lurker, but at least in the event someone might have remembered me, now they still have my avatar...

I go by That70sChick. Some people shorten it to 70s Chick. :) I change my avatar a lot and that may confuse people, not to mention, it’s probably not good for my “branding.” But I like variety, lol.
