Nothing in Particular Thread

It seems like there should be a single thread where team members could just gather and catch up with eachother about nothing in particular.  It's nice to have other threads to discuss a particular topic, but would also be nice to have a thread where you could go to see who's around at that moment.

You know, like a never-ending, continuously running thread.

Thoughts?

@GielDesigns . yes, i'd say so. in 18 years plus of being online i can say i had one bad buy on ebay, 3 on amazon, none on the wok shop, none on ecrater, and none on here. i find the etsy sellers are as kind and generous as the ebay sellers were. some will even help you find something if they don't have it but can give you more search terms for it. just shows that it is still possible to have some faith in humanity even now. :)

I agree.  I started shopping online when Amazon only sold books and I can't really remember having a bad seller with them or Ebay.  If I did, I've forgotten about it.  As you said, it's still possible to have some faith in humanity despite some of the other mess in the world. :-)

I've been with Amazon for 13 years and I haven't had one bad experience. Not one.

I haven't bought much off of Etsy, but for the things that I had ordered, I experienced no problems either. Only once, I bought something that the seller said was vintage, but it turned out to be something that they scanned in and printed on a colour printer. I was so disappointed that I never bought from that seller again, but that was it.

And once, I bought something vintage and it had a few dead insects in it.  That wasn't pleasant.

The vast majority of people are good, or at least mean well.  It's just that the bad ones take up about five times the space and energy as the good ones.

Then everyone has bad days.

Awww, we didn't have stanley when he was that little. We got him when he was 6 months and whenever he grabbed a leg, it was just to hump it!

i got my birthname, which i don't use, because my teenage pregnant mother looked like elizabeth taylor. people thought grandpa looked like tennessee ernie ford or clark gable but i thought he looked like olivier.

Luna, I have officially ruled out Rick the loan shark, as a possible suspect for the factory roof and accusing Nick is far too easy.  

It'll be someone from the past that we haven't seen in a while?  I'll bet the writers haven't made up their minds yet.

I wouldn't be surprised if the writers hadn't made their minds up. A whole bunch of the Corrie cast have announced they're leaving over the past couple of weeks. They must all be bored of the whole thing too!
