It seems like there should be a single thread where team members could just gather and catch up with eachother about nothing in particular. It's nice to have other threads to discuss a particular topic, but would also be nice to have a thread where you could go to see who's around at that moment.
You know, like a never-ending, continuously running thread.
Thoughts?
And I think this is a good start to that.....I'm in for one continuous thread...
Hallelujah!! I'm actually a member of this team! What a trip to get here!
Thanks Beveryl!!
Yes, like a waking-up-in-the-middle-of-the-night-so-I’m-getting-on-Forums thread.
Bold is because I can hardly see the font without it. Gah!
I am seven sales away from reaching 500 sales. Very exciting.
Congrats! I finally hit 100 a couple days ago.
Sounds like a great idea. I’m lost and lonely!
Melina.
PS...and having big difficulties reading this font.
I am so glad I have a new pair of perscription glasses on order. I hope it makes reading these posts a little easier. I'm having a hard time witht he stigmatism in my left eye. Parts of letters disapear when I am trying to read posts.
@ClubEsquire - if you're on a PC or a laptop, try doing ctrl+. The forums are at 120% for me now and it's SO much easier to read. It even stays that way permanently, but just on this site!
I'd like to visit here. I feel a little lost and lonley too. 😒
I'm alone all day with my dog , I love her but her vocabulary is limited. 🐶
A thread about nothing in particular?!
It'll never work! 😜
Hey luna!
I agree and have just mentioned this SEVERAL times in various places. Maybe make "The Main Chat Thread" as people are used to the one continuous thread but seem to be starting numerous discussions.
I don't know, it's all wonky right now and I need a major attitude adustment, a checkup from the neck up, per se.
Happy to see you here, Funky :)
I wonder how many people etsy employed to put this all together? Then we, as individuals, are going to have to spend how much time trying to figure this **bleep** out?
What is this "quote" button to the upper right of this box, for example.

^^ This is the quote. When you click "quote" it automatically adds person's quote in your reply. You can just edit out if you want the whole post or delete some part of it.
Funky, the most surprising for me is that there is no single section dedicated to buyers. Seems like buyers asking for help on forums are no longer welcome!
I feel like I'm in a corn maze.
Not only you. It's all messed up, has no logic, it's huge and I know, it's supposed to be more clear this way, but ironically, it's the opposite.
Mags, I'm sure that they put hours and hours in and all (if there even were any) considerations regarding seller confusion and dislike of this s*h*i*t was met with some intelligent comment like, "They'll get used to it."
I have no doubt in this, Funky. No doubt at all.
Oh, the most important thing: Did you sign out of receiving emails?!
Etsy automatically signs us up to receive e-mails about replies we get on the forum and in teams. Your mailbox might be a mess now.
If you don't know how to do it, I'll guide you. I told the girls yesterday.
Mags, I found the place to opt out of emails, my GAWD! Do we really have to get every email about every thread from everybody who posts anything or likes or has a passing thought? What brainiac came up with that idea? Yes, my email inbox was a huge mess.
I'm afraid to touch the quote button.
What is with the random creepy washing up gloves in the corner?

What are 'washing up gloves?' Sounds like something used to clean up a crime.
That Etsy's resident gynecologist.
