Is there no way to remove an item from a list I created once that item is sold? (As a buyer.)

I still use lists to organize things I might want, for Christmas for example. But then I go back and remove things that don't work with the overall theme that I'm trying to create. It's really frustrating that I can't remove items that are sold. It just keeps saying that I've added it to the list. It also won't let me unfavorite it. So I have to move all my items to a new list and delete the original one.

There are worse problems I know but does anyone know a fix for this?

i've never had a list so i have no clue, sorry. if something i hearted becomes sold and i didn't buy it i'm happy for the seller, just click the heart to unheart it, and then when i refresh my favorites it's gone. i don't even know how to make lists. i have one favorites thingy and it starts with the first thing i bought on etsy, well, the 2nd because the first seller is gone now.
