We had a good day today. A friend of ours referred a New Orleans-style restaurant in the area that has authentic cajun/creole food so we stopped by today because they serve beignets only on Saturdays.

We got po boys and I had some gumbo. It was pretty good. A nice little treat before we travel down there this Christmas. I sure miss NOLA, such great food we can only get if we make it ourselves or have it shipped up from a site called CajunGrocer.com

Happy to participate in tonight's SNS.
Elaine, I figure 30 hours a day would work out just about right. How about you?
Veronica, just love your "hit the sale before Sandy hits." We are on the East Coast too, watching carefully. Poor kids, this may be their second Halloween that was postponed due to a storm and the cleanup afterward. Spent yesterday and today working on an order and taking in everything on our property that might "fly" during the hurricane winds.

LOL David... I was planning on having a sale on Halloween, all day long. Then I was upstairs in the forums and started wondering what about the people who will get the storm, and might no see it... And someone suggested it, so I thought it was a great idea and I'm putting a coupon with the same discount early so anyone who wants to take advantage of it, can.

I sell a lot to the East coast in the us!

And that is why I will not be participating in SNS this week... I already put up this code on several places, so I might as well keep promoting it.

I hope eveyone on Sandy's path is well stocked up and stays safe!
