Good morning. I'm tired as neck and getting ready to man the fair booth in a couple hours. I'm not a fair person, too crowded lol.
Matt went last night, I thought to watch the demolition set by but he was actually on a pit crew for his buddy. He didn't get home until 1am.
The showing last night was different to say the least and an our and a half long. My seller is Robs sisters sister in law. Sues going through a horrible divorce from a drug addict with a family of lawyers and judges. They set her up and conned her when she sold the other house with the first realtor so shea very suspicious. The buyers uncle is friends with her husband so serious red flags went off. He wanted to meet her in person to clear the air and he brought his mom. They are being sued by the uncle for half their farm after the dad/husband died. They wanted to explain they are in no way working with the uncle or her husband. This is the short version lol. Sellers husband and buyers uncle are putting both families through hell. There was hugging and crying.
Anyway the buyer is paying for a septic inspection before writing a contract. If it passes we'll all be happy. If it doesn't we'll have to get estimates. Could cost 50k to fix if it doesn't pass so if that the case she is just going to keep the property. You only have to upgrade if the title transfers.
Sorry for the long story. Thats the very short version of the whole story lol. These are all nice people and you can't imagine what these guys have put them through. Very sad.
