First of all, I really like your jewelry and all of the colors that you use. It's all very elegant and pretty too. I can see your love for geometric design and patterns in your work and I wish it was something I was that good at. I think all of these things set your shop apart from a lot of other jewelry shops on Etsy.
Your shop policies seem reasonable, so I don't think they would turn away any potential buyers.
There are two areas that I think you can improve upon: photos and pricing.
I don't think there's anything wrong with the photo quality, but I noticed that you don't always use all five of the photo slots available and don't always have a picture of the clasp for necklaces and bracelets. As a buyer, I'd be interested in the size and type of clasp.
Another thing that could be sending buyers away is the price. Although the prices seem reasonable for the quality of the piece, some people might be hesitant to pay hundreds of dollars. Perhaps you could make a few more pieces that are around the $20-$40 range to attract buyers who are looking for something a little less pricy. Another thing you might want to do is remind the potential buyers that they are getting a great quality piece of jewelry that will last many years. Therefore, the cost per wear would be a lot less since they'll wear the piece dozens of times.
You also might consider reevaluating your prices to see if there's any cost that you'd be able to bring down like labor, overhead, materials, etc.
I hope my two cents helped. I always love seeing fellow Seattleites on Etsy!
