Getting my feet off the ground... help please!

Hi,
I opened my shop a month ago now and I'm getting nowhere fast. I tend to get between 2 - 8 shop+listing views a day which seems like nothing.

Any tips or feedback at all would be very appreciated!

I'm a full time university student and I created my products during my summer break. Now it's term time again I can't make any more products until I finish my final year in June, I'm wondering if this is the problem and why no-one's finding my shop.

Thanks for any advice!

Hi there! First off let me say - I love your products! So different and really well constructed (from the looks of it).

With that said, I'm guessing your shop views have diminished because you listed all of your items at once and let your shop sit. Lots of Etsy advisors say that listing one item on the hour every hour is a very effective way of keeping your shop in the "newly listed" bunch.

As of now since you are not making any new product, I would simply work on getting your shop out there! Social media it up! Possibly pay to promote your shop for a few weeks and see if you notice a difference. It's about to be gifting season and you don't want to miss out!

Best of luck!

Holy guacamoly I love your items! Im a university student who made all my stuff during summer also, I've been taking my time with my shop because of school so Im right there with you. Honestly, I think with a little patience you'll get more customers in no time since your items are rather unique and beautiful. I would offer some sales tips but I have yet to have one myself lol! Although, I will suggest making owl items, for some reason owls sell like crazy on etsy.
