Critique please

I've been struggling with low views and very poor sales ever since I opened my shop. I know my photos are not great, that is really not my forte and I am looking for a friend to take some better ones. And I am expanding my inventory in the next few weeks, I know that is low. But I feel like I must be missing something else too...

I took a look at your shop and your items are really cute and well priced. I wish I knew what it takes to increase sales, I am strugglin with the same problem myself. The photos are not bad, you can lighten them up yourself a bit with any easy photo software or online photo editor such as pickmonkey.com. Good luck! If you have a chance please check out my shop and provide any input you can.

I love your stuff!

My feedback would be:

Real baby. I prefer the pictures of the real baby to the doll. Looks better.
Background. If possible I would take the pictures with that adorable kid on a blanket with a white or light gray background. (That being said I know babies are not easy to work with.... or if you would even have the time.)

Also, I have been reading a lot about SEO. As a buyer I wouldn't search crocheted. I wouldn't think to do it although there are some cute stuff. Have you tried searching for your product? I had my cards listed as "handmade paper self contained envelopes" until I realized people are probably not going to search for "self contained envelopes" so I searched different cards and re-worded it "Unique Handmade Blank Note Card Set" and now I come up on the third page when people search several phrases. I can't tell what your tags are so I am just throwing it out there.

But I think you have a really, really cute product and I hope it goes far! Please feel free to disregard anything I suggested - it is coming with love and I hope it helps!
