Need advice!

Hello! I've been open for a few months, but I'm very lucky if I get more than four views a day. I spend a lot of time promoting myself in teams, but I don't think those translate to views or sales. I know I need more items, but is something else wrong? How else can I improve my shop?

It already sounds like you know what you need to do. Add more items. That's definitely the number one thing you need to do. It gives more options for buyers and better chances to be found in search.
