Your shop should have a mission statement as well; to help you focus on why you're in this crazy business.
A mission statement should tell the following:
who you are
what you do
who you do it for
why you do it
how you do it
So my mission might read:
Knit360five, an Etsy shop of handmade accessories and decor items, strives to provide their customers with quality items of beauty, comfort and value. We will do this by using quality materials, paying attention to the details of all aspects of the business and pricing fairly and effectively. We do this to use the spiritual gift that knitting and crochet are as a way of expressing thanks for being gifted with it.
