As the world is reopening and we deal with the pandemic and the social unrest we've seen around the world, I'm sure you will agree: normal is not normal anymore.
This seems to me that we have an opportunity to be better: better people, better business people, better ...not yet perfect...but more perfect.
What ideas do you have to will help us make normal better than the normal before it?
The suggestion I am going to make is to be a real support system for someone.
It won't mean you have all the answers - heck, i don't think we always want someone to have an answer at all. Sometimes we need someone to be still with. There can be strength in silence and having someone listening to your silence with you.
Be the sincere support person you would want to have by your side not only in peril but in peace.

I don't have my shop sales set to public. I did for the longest time but then I decided to turn them off. I'm not quite sure why but that's how it is. But there are times when I want to see what my competitors are selling and they don't have their sales public, either. What is a nosy girl to do?

That's right. Checking reviews will show you what they are selling. Etsy includes a link to the item the review is about. All the reviews are there and not only can you see what is selling, you can see what people think about it and read the reviews for customer feedback on that shop. You can see things they are doing well and some reviews will suggest things where they can improve - so it's great for finding out what customers ike and want.
Studying reviews is a great way to help you see what's going with your competitor and that can help you get ahead of them.
