Photoshop Elements Plugin - Converting to CMYK?

Does anyone know of a good Photoshop Elements plugin that can convert RGB to CMYK? I know that Photoshop CS5 can, but I've heard that there is some plugins that can do the same for elements.

I'm working with a company to product clothing and other items and they said since they print DTG and sublimation, that I need to view them as CYMK to get a good feel of what they would look like once printed.

Shelling out hundreds of dollars for Photoshop CS5 is just frightening!
