Ideas for tutorials

I am hoping to have 'Tutorial Tuesday" as a regular weekly post on my blog - so I am wondering what sort of tutorials i could do that would be popular/interesting.
I plan to have large tutorials of entire paintings but they do take some time to do, so it will not be on a regular basis that i do those.
Ideas for mini tutes would be good.

What about basic drawing? You could break it down: how to draw a face, how to draw hair, how to draw hands, coloring skin, coloring hair, etc.
