How do I find the right chain?

I purchased some silver plated chain from Hobby Lobby a while back and I need to find more. I don't to have to go to Hobby Lobby if I can help it. I'd rather purchase here on Etsy.

When I measure it out by hand, it's 7(or 8)mm x 10mm and is 2mm thick. It's got some weight to it too. It's a curb/link chain.

I can't find anything close enough to what I need.

*cable/link

When I type 10mm into the search bar for it, it brings up 1.0mm. Arg!

I'm sure someone will know where to find it.

Search being difficult? *gasp!* lol... ;P
Something like this perhaps:

I did a search for "silver plated chain large" and got quite a few things. Searching for specific sizes is often frustrating for me, too. Good luck!

That's tough there are so many choices. I would just search through some popular sellers like yadnabeads for it. Did you try Rio Grande?

Stacey- I really like that one (might have to switch), but the one I want to match is on this necklace http://ny-image0.etsy.com/il_fullxfull.215710452.jpg, my Save The Date Necklace.

Ballyhoo- I haven't tried outside of Etsy yet, but I'll give RioGrande a shot! Thanks!

Re: How do I find the right chain?

I know you said inside Etsy but in my experience, I have had the best luck on sites outside Etsy for bulk chain, unless you are looking for a rarer type like oxidized sterling silver or antique brass (which I have found on Etsy), I would go with my chain spot, halsteadbead.com. Good wire prices, too :)

@noahbear1
Do you go to any Bead shows and Jewellery supply shows in a near by main city? You may be able to find something there.
We do alot of shows all across Canada, and I know they have an even bigger selection of supply events in the states!
I hope you find what you're looking for!
