HELP please ! Any way to DIY earring card adapters ??

Good evening !

I do hope someone here could have an idea on how to hand make earring card adapters to put in the back of my handmade earring cards (and boy did I work hard on these this week !). I bought a super nice rotating acrylic jewelry display last week and ordered from a nice Etsy seller in the US a pack of plastic adhesive earring card adapters via Priority mail but grrrrrrr still did not get them today as planned and the Vintage fair I am participating in is TOMORROW !

Now I have to really quickly find a trick to be able to hang all my beautiful jewelry !

If you absolutely can't do anything else, use the old "Oh YES I did this on purpose" attitude thing. Take your biz cards, turn them 90%, and fold the top 1/4 of them over a thin dowel or something. It'll make a lip / edge so the cards will hang on your acrylic display. And just pretend you *meant* for the jewelry cards to be your biz cards, sideways!
