SHIPPING TRACKING NUMBER PROBLEM

I want to ask about a shipping tracking number problem. 

I have entered a tracking number for an order.

and cargo has shared with customer yesterday without any problem. 

But it seems "no tracking number" and I have missed point in "starseller"

Could you please share some ideas how can I fix it if possible ?

I dont have any missing tracking numbers in any other orders.

you have to enter the tracking number, and the delivery company/type from the dropdown menu, by the ship date

If you enter a carrier that does not match the number, or one that etsy does not recognise,  or enter a number later than you should, you don't get the badge

Etsy is urging Turkish Shops to enrol for ShipEnegra

Did you change your Shipping Service?
