I received an order from Germany to Ukraine but had to cancel as DHL will not accept tracking at the present time. The order was cancelled and fully refunded. This has still counted against me and shows up as ‘no tracking’ on my star seller page. What did I do wrong?
How long ago did you cancel it?
The metrics aren't live and sometimes need a couple days to catch up.
Also, did you cancel before it was due to ship? I assume you may still get dinged if you did not cancel before it was due. I think it would need to be at least the day before, not the due date, just like how you can push out ship by dates before they are due, but not once it's the due date.
