Like others I was asked to update my tax documents within 10 days . I did that within a few hours and after doing so was immediately put into vacation mode to verify. I then received an email that all was good and I would be able to continue, my shop would be open and there would be no pauses to my business.
Unfortunately etsy still has my shop on vacation mode stating they are letting me get caught up on my orders. I'm a star seller and do not have any outstanding orders. I'm not sure what is going on or how to get this removed. I have contacted etsy and I am getting the generic messages not an actual person. I have been on etsy since 2011 with no problems and my business is in the US. I've been on vacation mode for 3 days now and am missing out on orders. How long does it take to verify (if that is the problem) and can anyone offer some advice?
