uploading photos

Every time I have tried to upload photos to my shop in the Etsy app, it says upload failed. Very frustrating. Thank you

same here for a few days, both on the app and the browser. I have contacted the help via chat, have been told the tech team is working on it.

Could the trademarked names/images be an issue? Disney characters, Batman, Marvel Avengers, Hello Kitty, Dr Seuss, etc.

Mine said upload failed when I loaded all together, then I clicked on each one and it loaded correctly.

since they've just announced a "New photo tools in the Etsy Seller app: Faster uploads, easy editing, and time-saving custom photo filters"

it perhaps needs a few adjustments ?

I’m having issues today too, only since updating the app. I hope this is resolved ASAP!

I cannot send any photos in messages, I'm having messages disappear... I don't know what's going on. It's incredibly frustrating.

@cruisefishextenders: Are you experiencing this using an Etsy app (which one on which operating system) or via mobile browser or desktop browser (which browser and operating system)?

Etsy recently changed the Message system to disable attaching images in the first Message of a new thread.

This happened to me as well because of slow internet. When my photos failed to upload, I restarted the internet, and then they uploaded properly
