update card info

anybody recently having trouble with card update info error? I recently got hacked updated my card info and about two weeks later Etsy is saying to update my card info. so I re updated again and its still saying error. I've tried to contact customer support multiple times about the issue. one team member said it will be gone in a few days. yet its been over a week.

Did you add your new card before or after you deleted the old one?

I added the card before I deleted the old one I think. I made it my default and then the next day I was like hmm I wonder  if its  because I still have the old card history on there its interfering so then I deleted that old card.
