Account supsended - business information uploaded 11 days ago

Hi

My new account has been suspended.  I uploaded my business documents 11 days ago and it is still supsended with no further information.  It says 2-5 business days but I'm at 10 business days now.  How long have others had to wait?  I just did a heap of marketing right when it go suspended.

@8feryk6bfmhtftcy: We received an eMail from Etsy dated September 26 2023 with the subject line of "How Etsy’s supporting your success this holiday season" that said "We've also created a dedicated process for sellers experiencing issues with account suspensions, so they can quickly file an appeal and have a specialized agent review their case." There was a link (which may be account specific) to the "dedicated process". You should check to see if you received that eMail.

Finish it with banner, location, about page, policies, etc.  Plus more listings.
