unable to verify my bank account

I created my account from Australia around 4-5 months ago, but forgot to verify bank account. Now when i go to payment setting, "verify or update" bank account option is not available. in start i got 13 sales, but at checkout buyers see this message " All payment of this shop are unavailable"

please help me out, i have been contacting Etsy but they always send me Auto Message.

You must reply to the auto message from Etsy.  If you don't reply they think your issue is resolved.  Just keep answering until your problem is fixed.
