On May 15th, Etsy froze my Vintage shop (a different account) wanting updated taxpayer info, which I supplied immediately. I got a robo-message acknowledging the update and indicating that I would hear back in an hour.
On May 16th, I replied to their message (as they suggested I do if I needed more info or help) and got a robo-response that the email was not monitored and should contact them through Help.
I spent a couple days trying to figure out how to do that (since the options were anything but intuitive); when I reached out on the 18th, I received a reply indicating that engineers were working to solve the problem and I would be updated when the issue was corrected.
On May 20th, I reached out to Support again and received no reply.
Today is May 25th ... the shop is still frozen and the requests for updated info are still on the shop manager dashboard. What should I do now?
