unable to set own percentage off for a sale

Having issues trying to set up  sale . The drop down menu will only let me start my offer at 25% off and will not let me put any quantity lower then that . I have tried numerous times on different  devices. i would like to start a sale for Labour day but am unable to unless I start at 25 percent or higher..is ETSY telling us that any discount lower then that is not acceptable? I have always done well with 15-20% off..

Click custom then enter the % you want.

hi Nana, when i click custom it will not let me enter a percent , it just kind of freezes.. I have tried on laptop and phone..hoping it fixes soon

Oh good! it finally worked.. I had tried and tried to enter the amount and it was not letting me,but it finally did! almost like it had froze for a bit..thanks for all the help
