unable to cancel order

I fully refunded an order this morning.

When I attempt to cancel it, I get an Etsy whoopsie page that they are unable to cancel it and to try again later.

I've been trying all morning with no luck.  

Any suggestions?  Contacting Etsy support is like flying into a black hole.

Browser.

Turns out  that after I fully refund, that Etsy is also removing the refund as well.  It shows in the financial page that the refund has also failed. 

Not sure what's going on.

Do you have enough money in your shop payment account to fully cover the refund? If not, they are trying to charge your credit card. Check the details such as expiration date.
