Can anyone please help me? I have an Etsy shop and just sold my first and only item (for the moment). My password didn't work so I changed it. I can log in but when I click on the shop icon it's wanting me to create a new shop! When I check for my shop name of course it's not available. Etsy help is giving me the run around saying they can't divulge seller information and I need to verify my shop. What?!?!? How could I have listed (and sold) an item if I weren't the seller. Is there any way to contact someone for emergency help? The customer is going to be furious and I'll probably get a bad review or complaint against my shop. What can I do???
