the store has not been taken out of forced leave

02/28/2025 My shop was put on forced leave.
03/02/2025 Etsy sent me a request to verify my identity and provided it within 10 minutes.
As of today, the shop is still on forced leave((
Support is not responding((
Why hasn't my shop been taken out of leave yet?
