There is an error in the calculation of the response speed of 88%, because the help message they refer to was answered within 24 hours, however the problem is that that conversation thread was duplicated so in the The first request for help comes out as unanswered, so I ask you to review the two message threads with the user Noor and make the appropriate correction. thanks

Nothing to correct.  You have to answer or spam every first message even if it is a duplicate.  The system is animated and messages are not read.

Reply to the 1st message in every new "discussion" in your Etsy Messages. The only exception is the obvious scam emails which are going around big time these days. Mark those as spam but do not reply.

buyers can contact you from ordinary messages, or help requests, they are separate things, and you have to reply to them both

At least they predicted an Early Spring.

The jonquils (Easter lilies) at my mailbox are about 3" high and are doing to bloom today or tomorrow.  The blooms are taller than the plant itself.

I noticed this on January 30th.  They were about 1" high.  Even in North Carolina I don't think this is normal.
